Location of the fuses

Ovens don't normally have internal fuse, check your cooker switch on wall near to oven, they usually have a fuse. Otherwise check your fuse board / circuit breaker to see if the fuse or breacker has tripped

there would be no fuses in the stove itself. Try the house breaker or fuses to the stove.

usually located in the top of the back guard {where your knobs are'cover lifts up may be a couple screws or remove bottom drawer and check inside

I have look up your unit, I found the thermostat located inside the back panel the would only take out the function to your elements in your oven.

Now for you display issue, before continuing, push and hold the clock button on the panel until you hear a beep, if the unit is set to Sabbath mode this will clear that. If not I will continue, by the way missing a version number to model number, like a number (0 or 02). Have you have a power outage recently? I am not locating any line fuses the would take the display out. If the clock doesn't reset then I would think about checking warranty or can your dealer to inquire on your warranty.

The fuse on the oven may be burnt, this will not allow the oven to be hot, while other parts will be functioning. Check your owner's manual to see if your oven ignition system has a fuse. some are located under the cooktop, though locations vary. Replace it with the same size fuse if the fuse element is burnt.

Sounds like you need an bake element ignitor if the bake doesn't work but if the broil also doesn't work, it could be the electronic clock/timer control. the part number for the bake ignitor is 8054129 .Best off to call a reliable service company such as Sears.

Unfortunately, Maytag is now a division of Whirlpool, just one of many. I don't know your range but if it does not have electronic controls, the adjustment is located within the shaft of the oven temperature setting knob. The slotted screw is fairly deep in the shaft and you will need a small flat-blade screw driver with a slim and long blade. If the oven has control electronics, this adjustment will be located on the main board with the rest of the controls and this is normally located in the upright top section of the range. 

you have a thermal fuse open it is called a "T.O.D" it is located on the back of the unit or up in the top. the self clean very often pops these especially on the whirlpool units made 4-5 years ago very cheap part like $20 you can find it with the wiring diagram easy fix good luck
