Hello Michael - Sounds like the temperature control was accidently turned OFF. When this occurs the temperature control turns off the compressor, but does not disconnect the power to the light bulb or other electronics. Let's try activating the freezer by pressing the UP arrow until display shows "4" or desired setting. Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. For future reference you can lock the control to keep from accidently changing the temperature setting. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit's status has changed successfully. Thank you.

i would make sure that the coils are all clean, inside and out. make sure the fan runs on the back, the water pan isn't over flowing.

2 months old should still be under warenty.
Check the freezer fan by opening the freezer door and pressing the door switch and listing for the freezer fan sound. If no sound then the fan motor could be bad.
Look at the back wall too see if you have frost build up. If you do then you have a defrost problem.
If thees are not your problem you could have a seal system problem. (( freon leak ))

Thermostat is what I would suspect first.
The defrost timer is the next suspect : http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/Frigidaire-Parts/Freezer-Parts/297216600/0046/253/Model-LFFH2067DW7/1428/0142000?keySuffixId=NA&productTypeId=0142000&searchModelNumber=LFFH2067DW7&subCompDesc=System&brandDesc=FRIGIDAIRE&modelDesc=FREEZER&blt=11
I think the defrost heater is probably okay and it is just getting the wrong signals from the above components. But it is item 14 on this diagram: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Frigidaire-Parts/Freezer-Parts/Model-LFFH2067DW7/1428/0142000/R0805140/00003

Freezer burn to food is caused by air & moisture in contact with it.
There should be a tight seal by the rubber gasket along all the inside edges of the freezer door. This gasket prevents unwanted hot moisture and hot air from entering the freezer compartment and causing ice build up. You can test the integrity of the rubber gasket seal by seeing how the freezer door will pinch a slip of paper in various spots around the freezer door. If the slip of paper pulls out easily, there is not a good seal at that spot. If that's the case (which I believe it is), the door gasket needs to be replaced. By the way, ice will build up over time because you need to access the food in the freezer, hence you will introduce moist air each time you open the freezer door.
Control board is miscommunicating with the rest of your unit. Contact a professional.
I appreciate your post, Clayton!
From the information you have provided the display board on your Frigidaire freezer reads "OF". That reading means your freezer is off, you should be able to turn it back on by pressing the up or down arrow five times in a row. If you need any additional assistance please feel free to reconnect. I hope this is helpful to you. -Matt
Thank you for your post, Cynthia!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer is not cooling properly and is now displaying the temperature of 56. It sounds like your freezer is not on, even though it has power the compressor is not turned on. I would suggest pressing either the down or up arrow three times within five seconds. That should power on your compressor and it should start cooling properly. I hope this is helpful and if you should need further assistance please feel free to reconnect. -Matt
Good Morning Stephanie Garcia, thank you for your post!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer is displaying an error code of "OF". Typically, an "OF" stands for power off, you should be able to press the up arrow three times in a row within five seconds to turn your freezer back on. If that does not help correct your issue you may want to perform a reset and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for roughly ten minutes. I hope this helps. -Matt
Hey friend, thanks for your post!
From my understanding you have recently moved your Frigidaire freezer and it is now displaying the "OF". Normally, that stands for off you should be able to press the "Up" or "Down" arrow three times within five seconds to start your compressor. If you still need a copy of your manual could you provide me with your model number? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside wall of your freezer. I hope this has been helpful. -Matt
