Konica Bizhub Password Reset

We have a Konica Bizhub c350 that we assumed the lease on and do not have the administrator password. How do we reset the password without knowing what the original one was?? Is there anyway to bypass this? plz change your pc drum

You can try the default admin password which is 12345678

Unplug it for about 15 minutes to see if that resets the password. if there is an internal battery that you are aware of .. remove it at the same time

You have must be entered in Tech.rep mode.
Press Utility key - Meter count - Check details - Stop -00-Stop -01 and select machine settings or system 1 or system2.
