SOURCE: paper jams

It sounds like you'll need new feed rollers.  I could find some part #s for you if you felt confident replacing them yourself.

Try to reset the printer.
Take out the power cable without turning it off and then press # and 6 and while pressing # and 6 plug the power cabel and keep pressing the buttons.
The unit will turn on and then turn off...release the buttons and then press the pwer button and turn it on.
Try to fax now.
Also open the adf cover and clean the roller and seperator pad.

SOURCE: Faxing multiple pages

Hi,

Faxing using the scanner glass, it would ONLY allow you to do it one at a time. You can Use the Automatic DOcument Feeder on the TOP part of your printer. load all those pages and try to do the faxing. That should work.

Please, let me know if the issue is resolve.

Thank you so much.

MajicJack and faxing

1) I suspect a bad telephone connection, or connections are
being dropped.

2) Check the phone line wire. Unplug the phone line from the
fax machine, and plug it into an ordinary phone. Call a few
friends and check that the phone-line and the cable is
working. Make sure the line does not sound noisy, crackly
or drop out entirely. Jiggle the cable connectors as you do
this.

3) If the phone line is OK, then try faxing several different
numbers with a test message, to make sure that the problem
is not unique to a single destination, which would be a fault
at the receiving end.

4) If the phone line is good, and the all destinations are bad,
then the fax unit is defective.

5) If the problem happens during receiving only, make sure
you are not out of ink or toner, and that the paper is not
getting jammed.

Good luck, please rate my answers
