I had a U11 error on my NA-16VG1. The drain worked well, but I had this "cannot drain" error anyway. Finally it was the air hose, going to the water level detector that was stuck with accumulated dirt coming from the drained water. A design fault I think. This air hose is a thin translucent tube going from the bottom to the top and can be accessed by removing the rear panel. It's glued, but can be removed. Once this tube clean again, the error disappeared. Hope it helps...

I am also having same issue...any answers???

Heidi I have had my machine for less than 12 months and it developed a leak in the hose and has been taking way longer than it's supposed to to finish a cycle and has the same error. Technician replaced pump and hose. Doesn't leak but hasn't fixed the problem of longer washes and is getting stuck when draining. Waiting for him to call. I'm thinking no one knows how to fix these machines.

I have the Panasonic NA 148vg3 model which has just given me the U11 code repeatedly despite clearing the trap, and checking the outlet hose for blockages. Finally I used a short piece of florist wire (with it hooked back on the end) and about 20 cms back of the trap found a huge wad of lint aided by lost coins which slowed and also stopped water draining. Cleared this and it works perfectly again...no smelly water either.

Many Panasonic washing machines seem to have a problem spinning with heavy loads; they become unbalanced and give a U13 "load out of balance" code. Most other brand machines can spin the same "heavy" load with no problem.

When you start your machine is the water just go stop go stop,
Just wait for the machine to display an error code on the wash progress lights and beeps constantly.
It could be the Rotor Position Sensor, out of balance switch or lid magnetic reed switch.
Your error code will determine this.
Is your machine beeping & showing a weird pattern of lights on the wash cycle, It is displaying an error code,
To read this error code you start at the red spin light & work to the left only add up the lights that are on. Red spin light = 1 2nd rinse light =2 1st rinse light =4 last wash light=8 4th wash light=16 3rd wash light=32 2nd wash light=64 1st wash light=128

I have panasonic eco drive washing machine model NA-FS14x1 have error code H57 how to repair

Unscrew the back of the machine to look and see if there is any water in the base of the machine.
How old is your machine? If it's new I'd exchange it for another one like the LP or even Mag tag-
It's not easy to fix these machines and finding the real problem is sometimes a night mare.
The Panasonic error codes are difficult to find, but 'H' faults are generally faults which may or may not be repairable. Like the sump pump -or motor.
The other codes are like this: U11 indicates machine unable to drain. Blockage between drum and drain pump?? Blockage of drain hose??
U13 indicates unbalanced load. Many modern machines suffer from this, but may be related to problem causing U11 fault.
H43 indicates an internal water leak reaching its detector in the machine base.
Like any washing machine, they are great until they go wrong. The problems are usually related to the after sales service.

I hope something helps here-just my 2 cents worth!

Panasonic washing machine NA-168vg3 stopped with 31 mins to go giving error code U11

U11 is inability to drain. Check your filter. Check your outlet hose. If you can blow down it, then your pump's jammed. I just found headless metal rivet type pin in the pump. Take the drain flap off, and remove the screw. This whole width panel now moves off to the left.Lean the machine on it's side, take off the black plastic plate. Remove the two screws from either side of the filer on the front. Pump is now loose. Remove the three screws on each pump and check if anything is stuck in the impellers.

Refitting is the reverse.

I know this is an old post, but someone may find this useful!

During a normal wash cycle, the error code FH occurs. The owners manual says inlet problem. All water pressure is good and inlet screens are clear. Drain function appears to work well. Repair guy came...

If the flow meter does not register 10 and 1/2 gallons of water in 8 minutes the FH code appears.
Could be a bad flow meter, sensor, wiring harness is loose or a bad CCU Central Control Unit.
At the RINSE cycle if water enters the machine you must time the water fill for 8 minutes or less.
If water does not enter the machine suspect the CCU as bad.

Washer stop in middle of rinse cycle

All content © 2000 © 2009 Washerhelp
> Home / Repairs DIY washing machine advice (part 8) Washing machine sticks or stops mid-cycle repairs-sm.gif A very common fault on washing machines is when the program timer fails to complete the cycle and stops part way through. Many people blame the program timer for this but although it is a possible cause, there are many more likely causes for this fault. The program will stick if the heater isn't working, if the thermostat fails, if it can't fill up with cold water for the rinses, if it can't empty the water etc. There are too many possible causes of this fault to be able to give anything other than rudimentary advice. However, the common causes of a washing machine sticking that can easily be fixed are filling and emptying problems.
Check that the cold water supply is available to the washing machine, which is a common cause for sticking on rinses. If the washing machine appears to stop mid-cycle and isn't filling with water on rinses then see Washing machine won't fill with water (or no water goes into washing machine) before calling an engineer. If the washing machine can't drain the water out then it will stick on the rinses, or it will abort with an error code. If you can see water still inside the washing machine then check the following advice Washing machine won't empty water
