Im currently air drying it and when i put it back on it on it say "
RAM cleared" wat do i do?
Let it dry for a few more hours or overnight. The RAM has most definitely been cleared, however, and there is little chance to recover any custom formulas you've put in there.
I agree with UltraWN. It's not really a big deal for getting it wet. Its not a cellphone, computer or anything where data should be restored. Well unless if you "have" some in there, which would most likely not very much possible. So yeah, it should be totally fine. Or you could always replace it with something new.

RAM cleared simply means that everything in the RAM section is deleted. This includes unarchived programs, lists, variables, y=, and settings you changed from the defalts like the Xmin and Xmax, Xscl, and the grid, lables, those settings. Stuff in archives will not be changed; such as flash applications. After the RAM clears, the calc is still totoally functional (Unless your problem is that it clears the RAM everytime you turn it on. In that case, I don't know what to do) Our math teacher makes us clear the RAM everytime we finishes a test. It should be totally fine.
