LG LFX25976ST refrigerator water in door but no water to ice maker

We purchased the fridge at discount due to damage while shipping. Ice maker has never worked. I can push the test button and the ice maker will cycle through the functions but will not fill with water. I just recently replaced solenoid thinking that was the problem but it still won't fill with water. During ice maker test I can hear it kick on but there is still no water going to the ice maker. Water in the door works fine. Everything seems to be functioning like it is supposed to but still no water.

No sign of a shutoff valve. I actually don't think I have access to the water line that goes to the ice maker. On the back the hose goes into the filter and comes back out and into a different spot on the back. There is only one water line going into the door so somewhere inside the door it must go into 2 lines. I can't figure out how to get access to that. I don't believe it would be frozen as it has never had water run to it. According to the service manual I found there is a built-in heater to prevent freezing.

I finally figured it out. I tested the water line coming out of the filter and it worked from there. I scoured the repair manual and realized there was another water valve in the door. I checked the other valve thinking it was going to have to be replaced. Turns out that the connection had come loose to the ice maker but was still connected to the water. I'm just glad it is fixed and I didn't have to call a repairman over something so simple.

Ice maker stopped working in lg refrigerator lfx25976st/00

I just slide the ice tray to the left and down till it unhooks from the right hand side. Then unhook the wires from under the tray. To replace just repeat in reverse order. I have to take our ice tray out ever so often to clean it since we have well water.
There is a little square button up under the left hand side in the back. If you press that with a screwdriver or butter knife it will reset the ice tray and it return it to fill with water.

Could be an open circuit to the ice tray sensor. This is the wire under the ice tray. It is flexed during each cycle and can fatigue easily. I found this condition on a three year old unit. A simple solder repair and heat shrink tube corrected the problem.
