Could not delete printing job just prior to the error message. Turned on and off too many times perhaps? Now it says tell service representative error code c-EEE3 904-545-4800
To reset the malfunction code press follow keys:
Turn OFF the copier,press and hold pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Wait will apaire the Trouble reset message on the display and release the Utility key.Touch the message and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.Good luck.

I held the utility key down and turned it on.... Held down a little bit more..... Nothing happened..... Turned off, and waited 1 minute... Same code. Am I doing something wrong?

It worked.... Seems like the key marked "access" had something to do with it also. Had to try three times... Thanks.
I'm not getting a trouble message to display
I only get the Minolta icon for a really long time after the hour glass goes away.

Select Print, and then "Properties"
Layout Tab - select Print Type: Booklet
Basic Tab - Select original size and then size of PAPER to be printed. 11x17 is standard 8.5x11 book when folded.
Finish Tab - select saddle stitch.
