sir,
Your camera may be having more options of orientation or keystone or resize etc, if it is set to such options the picture results as you said, please try to re set your camera to factory default. then you try the photos effect.
you don't say which exact photo frame but here are some ideas that work on many. try powering off and unplugging, wait a minute or so, then plug back in and turn on. are they gone? if not, look for a reset button, pin hole and try resetting. good luck.
There are no antivirus apps available for digital picture frames of any type, that I am aware of ? Users manuals do not make reference to having the ability to launch or load such a tool.
(Please refer to your users manual for the Coby DP732 7" Widescreen Digital Photo Frame.) As picture frames are "play" and not "record" devices, there is no need to run virus security software on them.
Apr 7, 2015 - images that are uploaded to the frame should always display .... I amdisplaying images from my SD card. ... of photos coming from USB or SD will stillneed to be rotated if there is an exif ... "save as " from the account they are the correct orientation on my computer. .... Everything worked correctly after that.
Dec 28, 2009 - I have a few pictures that I already rotated correctly on my computer. Even so, they display incorrectly on the digital frame (buildings and people. ... When I bring the picture back to the picture frame, the rotation is still .... Just extra info - If I put the picture directly into Internal Memory .... Save as 24-bit Bitmap.
I had the same problem with my photo frame but was happy to find the answer to the problem on the website for my photo frame: You need a resizing program to resize all your photos to the recommended size for your frame. The program I used is: http://www.faststone.org/ and here is the step-by-step instructions on how to resize all the pictures at once: https://nix.zendesk.com/entries/22222492-How-to-Re-Size-Photos-for-your-Digital-Frame After that all the pictures, even the ones with lower quality displayed perfectly fine on the photo-frame.
You may have mistakenly started in test mode, I suggest resetting the device, here is a link to the manual, it should have something about resetting the frame. http://www.retrevo.com/support/Sunpak-SDPF-080-Digital-Photo-Frames-manual/id/23157bh642/t/2/
I think this is how you do it, from the buttons on top of the frame hit exit several times until you get to the screen with options like, photo, file, music, etc. Once on that screen hit setup button and choose factory default. I believe that resets it.
