Bizhub 363 how to change developer unit - Konica Minolta Bizhub 363 Copier / Printer / Scanner

Turn On main switch
Execute [Service Mode]---->[Imaging Process Adjustment]---->[TCR Sensor Adjustment]===>[Black]--->[Start]. Wait till it's stop [Exit]. Note : F8 is TCR Sensor Adjustment for Bizhub 363. Function : to set toner control / performs every time you replaced developer/developing unit.

You do not change developer in that machine you replace the entire developer unit

Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the TCR procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Ensure Drum Dry is run first, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN TCR Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the TCR is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

Code C2558 Description Abnormally high toner density detected TCR sensor
• TC ratio in the developing unit, which is determined by toner replenishing amount control mechanism, is a predetermined value or more for a given number of times consecutively. Remedy 1 Make sure that the following counter is cleared at the developer replacing. [Service Mode] - [Counter] - [Life] - [Developer Use Time] 2 Perform image troubleshooting procedure if image density is low. 3 Reinstall developing unit. 4 Reinstall toner bottle. 5 Check the contact of developing unit for proper connection and correct as necessary. 6 Check the connector between TCRSB CN29-relay CN28-PRCB CN24 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 7 Check the connector between M3-PRCB CN8 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 8 Check the connector between M4-relay CN13-PRCB CN8 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 9 M3 operation check. 10 M4 operation check. 11 Change developing unit. 12 Change TCRSB. 13 Change PRCB.

#10 Transfer roller needs replacing sponge looking roller right side of the of the machine when you open to remove paper jams.

# 9 Developing unit needs replacement that the part that holds the drum and developer/toner. IF YOU YANK THIS UNIT OUT WITHOUT REMOVING THE LITTLE COVER ONE BOLT and DICONNECT THE CONNECTOR. BIG TROUBLE, going to cost a lot to repair.

#8 PAPER DUST REMOVER the device that collect paper dust yes paper does produce DUST. Just before the sponge roller

#6 IS Warning that the developer has not been replace inside the drum cartridge. SEE #9

#4 Drum need to be replaced.

Really have to watch for all of that sir/mam.

CHANGE ALL THE CHIP OF DRUM & TONER.

That means that the Developer kind look like toner but is different need to be replaced 110,000 copies along with the drum do NOT YANK OUT THE IMAGE UNIT on THE RIGHT SIDE THERE IS A SMALLL PLASTIC COVER ATTACHED WITH ONE BOLT AND CONNECTER UNDERNEATH THE SMALL CONNECTOR IF YOU DONT, ASKING FOR BIG TROUBLE. Have the developer and drum replaced by quailed technician.

the error is COF32. You have to check the developing unit, to change the developer is needed and to run atdc auto adjust.
