Turn off the machine using the main on/off rear of machine left hand side. Then remove the image cart. and replace the drum and developer. then turn machine on reenter service mode. Run F-8 found under Function. Do not print copy or allow fax to print before this is done. Or you will have to replace the developer again. So remove network cable and fax line if machine is as printer and FAX. after powering off

Remove the imaging unit from the copier. Unscrew the sides. Remove the old drum. Replace with the new one. Clean the blade and everything of imaging unit including the waste or recycle part.
Unfortunately The minds at Konica Minolta have figured out how to make the machine Inoperable if you reset the drum and or developer counters, the only way to reset the "change drum" condition on a Biz 350 is to replace the drum AND the developer and calibrate them both when you do it automatically resets the counters... sorry.
tha minolta di3510 developer unit looks the same as the unit for the konica minolta bizhub 350 but the toner sensor in the minolta unit uses a different voltage range for the toner sensor and it will throw this code make sure you have the correct unit for this machine also you can try this go back into tech rep mode and change these settings: select tech rep choice mode select printer tab select atdc sensor gain set the value to about 165 then back all the way out to the ready screen and power the machine off then back on and replenish toner in the user management screen.
Please chang PC Drum on Bizhub 200
