I cannot send or receive picture messages on my Sony Ericsson W850i phone.
I contacted o2 they sent me the settings but it still does not work. When I send a picture I receive the following error message "sending failed service not available". When someone sends me a picture the phone gives me a message saying that the picture can be viewed on the o2 web site by entering a pin number.
One of the Internet forums suggested I text PICON to 21400, this I have done and in turn received another message to text ACTIVE to 2020 after doing this I received a message saying installation completed for MMS and WAP and then a further message saying the installation has been successful but it still does not work.
Has anyone any ideas?

I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).

I have also done a master reset.
Iv try to set my phone up manually and sent ACTIVE to 2020 so many times and still carnt get on my internet r my emails please can you give me any advice
