Woops, famous WSOD (White Screen of Death) this is all due to firmware bug you need to update the Software/Firmware of your phone, but no need to worry if you got the Data Cable of your mobile, you can solve this by yourself. I've done it many times for many SE Phones, with 100% success.
Ok, if you have got your cable, then proceed; I've attached the download link below, go there download the Update Utility, install it and then the wizard will guide you on how and when to connect your phone, its easy as 123. if they are an authorised SE repair agency then i would trust their judgement on your mobile phones as they are specialised/trained in knowledge and operation for you phone.
