I isolated the same problem to the Temperature Control Board and replaced it. If you press on the board with power connected you will experience the same problem. Replace the board.

The Magic Chef Refrigerator Electronic Thermostat - SF-WB-4/CM will only cool to 45 degrees, Is it possible to change out the thermostat with another factory unit fom a standard mini frig ?

Putting another thermostat would not help it be cooler it actually stop it from functioning all together if it's not recommended by the manufacturer

I have a magic chef wine cooler model mcwc16mcg justs keeping clicking not cold anymore , can this be fixed

A clicking sound every few minutes usually means the compressor is going off on overload when trying to start. This could mean the start parts are bad, or the compressor went bad.
