Washing Machine Won't Spin Dry Clothes

You may be overloading the machine. Just because you got them all in there and wet, doesn't mean there was enough room for them to get a good washing. Cut back on size of the load (make sure you have large load selected) and see if that doesn't help you.

Kenmore 80 washer that spins but clothes are still too wet...

to me this sounds like a clutch,
or possibly worse, your transmission that is spitting oil onto your clutch
lift the front of the washer and check to see if there is a puddle of oil on the ground. if so, its most likely your transmission. and a clutch would be a temporary fix
but if no puddle, it is most likely just the clutch that needs replacing

Tub not working in spin cycle

Replace the brake/clutch on the transmission.
You can DIY.

Kenmore series 90 washer spins but the clothes are still very wet

you probably need a new clutch (Whirlpool Washer Clutch Kit 285785 fits kenmore too) , or your gear case is shot.

Kenmore 90 series

you can look at the water pump inlet and outlet hoses. sometimes socks and other small items would be sucked in and blocked the water from going out.

another theory would be the clutch on the spin cycle is slipping that is why the drum is not spinning as fast as it should.

tnx 4 using fixya,

If it goes through the complete cycle o.k. except for the slow spin then the motor itself needs to be checked.

Kenmore 90 Series, clothes wet after spin

First thing you need to check is the speed of the spin cycle. As long as you are not overloading the machine, it should spin the clothes pretty dry. the basket drive may need to be replaced. If it is spinning very fast, then check the drain hose, make sure the water is coming out nice and fast. If not you may have a water pump problem even lint clogged inside it.
