I can't find how to graph absolute value function.

Hello,
Here how you do it taking as exemples y1=x^3 -5 and y2=abs(x^3-5)
Turn calculator ON by pressing [AC/On] . Use arrows to select [Graph] icon and press [EXE]
On line Y1= enter X[^]3 -5 [EXE]
On line Y2= press [OPTN] [F5:NUM][F1:abs] [(] X [^]3 -5 [)] [EXE]
The graphs will be drawn one after the other. You might have to adjust the window limits.
Here is an ouput drawn on another calculator.

For negative values of the x-variable, Y1 has negative values, while in the same range, Y2 has positive values, equal and opposite to those of Y1. In that range, Y1 and Y2 are symetric of each other with respect to the X axis.
For positive values of the x-variable, Y1 and Y2 are identical.

I don't know how to graph absolute value functions on Casio fx-9750GII.

When it is time for you to put an expression in absolute value, press the OPTN key, then F5/Num, then F1/Abs. Open parenthesis, input expression, then close parenthesis.
For fractions, use the key with the symbol a b/c.
A little friendly advice, please do invest some of your time reading the manual. Most Casio graphing calculators work the same way. What you learn on one, works on another.

Polar rectangular

There is nothing to convert, because if T is a real number so is 40sin(4000T).
40sin(4000T)=40abs(sin(4000T))*sign(sin(4000T))
where abs() is the absolute value of it argument, and sign(sin(4000T)) is positive or negative.
So in (radius, angle) polar coordinates
r= 40 abs(sin(4000T)),
theta =(0, or PI), depending on sign(sin(4000T))

If you are trying to graph parametric functions, this calculator does not do graphs, and you need another function of T

In the Y= entry screen, press OPTN, then F5:Num, F1:Abs. enclose the argument of the function inside parentheses.

How do I include absolute value in an equation that I want to graph?

To use the asolute function you go to the RUN screen, press OPTN, then F6> to ge to next screen with a TAB called NUM. Press F4 to open the NUM tab. The Abs function is above the F1 key. See the screen capture to help you for graphing.

I try to graph an absolute value on my Ti 89 and I put the inequality in right but when I go to graph it my calculator says undefined variable.

If you want to graph the absolute value of a function, feed the function to the absolute value ie graph y= abs(f(x)). The calculator will take care of it. See screen captures where I draw the function y1=x^3-5x^2-3 and y2='x^3-5x^2-3'. On the first graph the function is represented and on the second the function and its absolute value.

Hey it is. Okay, so start with a equation: say, y = -(1 |x|). Now type y = -(1 , then press the [OPTN] button, next to the shift. Next press the [NUM] button or F5. The first menu button should be Abs or absolute value. When your done it should look like this. y = -(1 Abs (x)) then graph it.

How do you find the domain and range using a TI-89 calculator

Absolutely! Here's how:
-Make sure the function is in the form f(x)=.... (treated as y=...)
-Then, go to "y=" on your calc
-Plug in your equation (using x as your other variable regardless of whatever your book/worksheet uses)
-Hit "graph"
-For Domain, look at possible limitations on x values (does it stop at 3 no matter what? are there no limitations? etc)
-For Range, look at limitations on y values
