Hi,

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer care of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.
