Description

Main motor malfunction
- The main motor (M1) lock signal remains HIGH for a continuous 1-sec. a period at any time 1 sec. after the main motor has started turning.

Remedy

1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2 Check M1 for correct drive coupling and correct as necessary.
3 M1 operation check.
4 Change PRCB.
5 Change DCPU.

You have Print Head Failure, the Print Head houses the LASER along with the LASER is a motor, your code deals with the motor, Motor can not be replaced, entire unit is, try this site they mite have it or will have to get a Konica Minolta Dealer, Precision Roller Printer Toner Cartridges Parts and Supplies Office...

Does the machine come to ready state? and if it does, does the code blow as soon as an original in placed in the df or the start button is pressed?
Make sure you have 2 ribbon cables and one connector running through back of machine from PH unit. Also make sure you have the correct ph unit installed.

Solution:

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Failed PWB-A (Mechanical CB).
Replace the PWB-A board (p/n 4040 0101 03).

2. No 24V DC at PJ17A, pin 5.
Replace the 3.15A fuse located on the power supply.

3. Polygon motor in the Print Head Assembly fails to turn.
Begin by checking the connections to the Print Head Assembly. Unplug and reseat all connections. If issue continues, replace the Print Head Assembly (p/n 4040-0751-00).

SOLUTION: Replace the BCRS (p/n 4551 2033 01 for bizhub 350 and p/n 4551 2034 01 for bizhub 200/250).
