Hello Friend, I think your machine will work properly if you add a water line splitter. You would connect to the single cold water tap and on the other end you would have two water hoses . Connect one hose to the cold water inlet of your washer and then connect the other hose to the hot water inlet. You can get these at Home Depot. Happy to help, Tim.

Make sure there is voltage going to the valve solenoids. That is what opens up and lets water into the washer. You will have to open up the top of the washer control. The valve assembly is where the hoses screw in the back. I don't have the technical on it but most likely should be 120V. Sometimes the valve goes bad and won't open up.

i am pretty sure its the main board, the easiest way to solve the problem is replace a the main board with a secondhand board, as well as obtaining a bag of spare parts, out a good working machine with faulty seals. You may have faulty seals if the machine is dormant for 3 years. I advise people never use washing powder in their washing machines, just use liquid detergent like Cold Power. the washing powder cakes up in the machine and when harden can be very abrasive and destroy the seals.

Did you ever manage to figure this out? Am having the same issue with my Supertub. So strange. I also noticed that the flow coming out of the washing machine cold water tap seems to change, sometimes it's a bit faster, sometimes it is slower.
Hi, I have the same issue. Does anyone know the solution? It's the right hand washing machine tap that only turns half way

Did you every figure this out I too am having the same problem. Just moved in to a new rental friend to use my brand new washer and at first no water. Then after twenty very frustrating minutes a trickle of water is coming out.
