009-390= IBT belt home position sensor/patch. After examing ibt belt assembly and cleaning patch and sesor, noticed that the magenta developer unit was not in proper position, this was not allowing the ibt unit to turn. Re-positioned developer unit into proper position, installed ibt unit, this cleared up the problem and machine is running fine.

The error code 004-346 is an IBT home position sensor. The belt may be damaged or didn't move.
The sensor which is mounted on the frame looks at the belt to see if it made a full rotation. Perhaps the sensor is dirty or damaged. Maybe the home reflective mark is damaged.
The belt may be damaged or shredded. Find out why the old belt was damaged before you install another part!
You probably need to purchase a new IBT belt PN 802K208991. The Xerox technician has a proprietary laptop to clear the codes and calibrate the "Belt Edge." The belt is very fragile, so whoever installs it needs to be very mehtodical and careful.
These may preclude you from repairing that yourself.
