Check the bin arm spring you will have to disassemble the front of the ice maker to do this and check timer motor could be getting hung up. not a cleaning problem. or replace the complete head.

if you press the arm that slides out to feel the ice all the way in three times within a few seconds, this should start a harvest cycle. If it does, then you know it can cycle and you have a temperature issue.

your ice can freeze even at 25 degrees, but it won't harvest unless it is getting to about 8 degrees or colder, so check the temps in the freezer

This is due to the arm that controls the switch on the icemaker itself either being shorted or froozen in the toggled position. Usually the arm would lift as your ice container becomes full and shut the icemaker off until it reached a level where the switch would then toggle to the make ice position and then start makeing ice again. There are three 1/4" screws that hold the icemaker in place remove these screws unplug the icemaker and then use hot water to dethaw your ice maker for about 2-4 minutes after wards dry the icemaker then try reinstalling the icemaker if the problem persists replace the icemaker itself. If you find a way to add a weight to the arm to make it drop down it cheap. what may work is a peice of metal attached to arm.IT MUST be stainless steel so it doesnt rust in the freezer with all the moisture then all your ice has rust in it
other than that icemaker has to be replaced

Check the point where the arm piviots, maybe a screw has come loose. Depending on the type of cartridge it should track at 3 to 4 grams.

i have model mfi2067aeb . the ice maker won't dump the ice. the arm is up that tells when the tray is full. can't get it down.
