Date/Time feature I need to know how to change it. Thanks!

1. Press Feature and dial 00.
2. Press the left intercom button twice.
3. To set the time, press # and dial 103. Enter the correct time using a 24-hour format.
4. To set the date, press # and dial 101. Enter the correct date using MMDDYY format.
5. Press feature and dial 00 to save.

The new models do not have the feature of superimposing directly as many customers did not want this feature because accidentally they had this option On and the Date and Time stamp got printed on the photos even they didn't want it.
However, the new cameras that are equipped with the EXIF technology gives you an option to superimpose the date and time later by using compatible third party EXIF software.
You can also connect the camera to a Pictbridge compatible Printer to print the images with Date and Time.
By using the supplied PMB Software, you can print or save images with date when saving it into the Computer. Click on the below links for further information on inserting the dates using PMB:

The customers can use the MS Paint to insert the Date & Time.

Programming should be done from the M7310, M7324 or the T7316E set. Administration access code: Feature * * 266344 which also is Feature * * config.
If asked for a password enter 23646.

When in programming just press the next button(lower right arrow) until you see what you want to change. Then press show ( top right arrow) ,then change if you want to change it. If you pass it, just press back (lower left)
Example: To change the Time & Date Press next until you see Time & Date. Then show Then change Then change again, change it if you need to, Then next again until you see what you need to change. For example; only the hour needs to be changed for day light savings time. Just press next until you come to the Hour. Then Change it. Then press release RLs when your done.

You need to find the external source to change the music. It can be a radio, music service, recored information etc. Look for the Electra Elite Attendants manual to change the time and date. If you prees "feature" 9# enter the time , press recall to cahnge the am/pm. press hold to change calendar settings or feature to exit. When changing calendar settings, press recall to select day of the week dial # to move cursor to day of month field. Enter day of month. press recall to select month. Dial # to move cursor to year field. Enter last 2 digits of year. press feature to exit. Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done

enter the time.

Press Feature **date
enter the date

You have to use the feature 9 # from the administrators phone (usually extension 100)
Go to extension 100, press "feature,9,#" and you'll see the numbers on your display blinking like a digital alarm clock. Enter the time and then press feature to complete.
