Konica Minolta 2490MF - Paper size error

Check the paper size setting for both the computer and the copier.

check the size of the document make sure the print drivers and the printer are correct and matching you might also need to replace the fuser unit or the transfer roller and or image unit

Does this happen with a word file, or a web page, or outlook, excel
please check. if OK with them its the file its bad. Mite want to upgrade the adobe to 10 or 11 current. Try different computer also. Print different adobe files also.

i have a bizhub C350 and has this error code coming once power ON the error code C-12CC..please if any one has faced the problem i will appreciate your help....

check paper tray

Mr Stephen You have to check paper settings at 3 places first that you are putting correct paper size in correct tray and the paper supporter is touching the paper. Secondly your documents page setup paper size. Finally go to printer properties and under paper selection you will find letter size change it to a4 Thankyou for using free solutions at yafix-ratings from your side would be appriciated.

I believe the duplex door is in the back of the printer.

The printer is setting the size from the position of the tray guides.

If it is reading it as K16 then that is the closest size to the paper you have loaded. The device will oook at the tray and then set it to the closest match this is the function of the Auto size feature.

Try measuring the paper and entering it as a custom size instead. Mimic the setting through the driver of course.

Run it through the bypass tray and be sure to specify the stock type/weight for proper printing.

pleas check the driver settings, maybe there is a setting fit to paper or something.
