You have to reinstall the OS!

. Goto http://www.blackberry.com/support/index.shtml
2. Under the heading "downloads" select "service packs"
3. Select "Blackberry Desktop Software 4.1" in the pulldown menu
4. Choose service pack 1 (English) or service pack 1 (multilingual) if required
5. Now download this to your pc and run the installation
Now you need to download the firmware upgrade to support your handset.
Select your network from the list below to be taken to their firmware page then choose the newest firmware version for your model :

6. Start the Blacberry desktop manager and plug in your blackberry.
7. Desktop manager will prompt you that there is a new version
8. Proceed with the install
9. Make sure you select the backup option
10. Once your upgrade is complete, your Blackberry will take around 5 minutes to reboot.
11. Now you can proceed to unlock your phone

Hopefully following the steps here will solve your problem.
If it doesn't I would recommend taking it to your mobile network providers (e.g. AT&T/Verizon in the US or O2/Orange/Vodafone in the UK) or calling their technical support line which can be found on their website.

Your mobile OS (operating system ) has been damage , you have to re install your OS with desktop manager

Jum error 102 on new blackberry bold phone is frozen with white screen and message 'jum error 102'

First, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5

Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device.

Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues.

If the issue is still present, then it could be hardware related, and may need to be repaired or replaced. I would then suggest contacting your Provider for Hardware Support.

JUM Error 102 came up on my Blackberry 8110 phone, selected reset

You need to go to blackberry.com and download the latest Blackberry Desktop Software for your phone. It can then reload and/or upgrade the OS on the phone. Yours appears to be corrupt so you would need to use this method or use an MFI Multiloader but that is your next option if this doesn't fix it for you.....
