Yesterday I changed the drum and developer unit of the machine. The very last step involved performing an ATDC adjustment. For instructions I was refered to another manual which said I needed to go into Tech. Rep. Mode ((I believe that this may be the same as the service mode that people are refering to when discussing a C2557). For that I was refered to the service manual, which wasn't available anywhere. I decided to go right ahead and test the printer anyway, at which point I received a malfunctions-error C2557 and realized my error. If anyone knows where I can find a copy of the service manual or can tell me how to go into Tech. Rep. Mode or service mode I would be more than appreciative.
Utility/Counter -> Details -> [STOP][0][0][STOP][0][1]
Go to counter and clear the life of the developer and drums and then run F8 from functions.
Reset your Toners and Imaging units for Minolta Bizhub and CF series.

I have the same problem with error code c 037 ( Konika Minolta Bizhaub 350 )
You need to replace the drum and developer, then reset the drum and developer counters and f-8 the developer this is all done in the tech rep mode
1. press the Utlility/Counter key
2. touch [check Details]
3. press the following keys in this order
stop-0-0-stop-0-1
4. enter the eight-digit code
00000000 then touch end
this puts you in the tech rep mode screen

I have the same problem with error code c-2557
I have the same problem with error code c-2557 in Konica Minolta C353 laser color printer/copier. Please provide the solution. I have switched it off 3-4 times and on after 10 mins but still have the same problems.
C2557 is ATDC sensor failture, first check the level history in service mode,
press utility/counter, stop-0-0-stop-0-1, press the password, "00000000"
and the press level history, normally, atdc sensor have around 5.0%-7.0%,
if less or more than the presentase, the machine will appear code C2557.
1. change the adtc sensor gain.
in the service mode, press tech.rep.choice-printer-atdc sensor gain, set the value around 0-255, with the persentase 5.0%-7.0%
2. if the panel warning please exchange pc drum, print dirty, blur or dirty better ur change the drum, developer and transfer roller one go.
before u change the drum, developer and transfer roller, make sure u reset the counter,
in service mode, press counter-special parts counter, select the pc life and the press key c. select maintenance counter and reset also.
after u change the spare parts, do f8 quickly, in service mode
press function-F8, the machine will automaticly run and adjust atdc sensor.
if all already finish, off the machine and wait 10 second and the on again.
