Samsung ElectronicsMar 12, 2013 - There are four cases in which your TV either turns itself off or appears to turn itself off. These cases are listed in the following table by category.
This kind of symptoms is cause by faulty(leaky/dried) electrolytic
capacitor in the power supply section. In the first stage of symptoms
warm up will make itself stable and the unit will power up after a few
attempt of plugging and unplugging from the outlet but it will get
worst, time will come that the unit will not power up at all.
Leaky capacitor has a physical indication of fault like bulged/dome at
the top and can be easily identify like in the sample picture below.
Leaky capacitor with dome at the top.
Dried capacitor has no physical indication of fault, you must have a
capacitor checker to determine its condition, if not available you
should replace all electrolytic capacitor in the power supply section.
It will not cost you much because it is one of the cheapest parts on
that board.

The problem is your digital antenna they lose signals all the time. Try moving the antenna around, if that don't work go to radio shack and buy a signal booster. If you programmed your LCD while the signal was low it wouldn't have picked the channel up also.

Hi Imatt015,
This is called "restarting". The mobile when restarting turns off and turns back on just as it happens to our PC when we restart it. This may happen at times when the OS of the mobile has encountered a problem or if there is some updates to any software in the mobile.
