If you are just adding your PC to the network first go to control panel click network set-up wizard.
to add your PC to print add printer from the control panel and look for the network printer. last you want to scan go the internet web browser input the ip address of the scanner or copier click public or administrator enter password 12345678 and click scan tab and add your PC host name or your email address if scan to email.
