If you are trying to get the wifi password, it IS stored internal to the router, but it is blanked out. Thus, only the person who installed it will know it. If you've forgotten it, you can change it however, without having to know the old password.

If you are trying the get the admin password in order to access the router, the default user name is "admin", and the default password is "admin". However, anyone who sets up the router is encouraged to change the admin password to prevent unauthorized access and modifications.

If you must access the unit and do not remember the admin password, you can perform a factory reset, which will reset the admin password to the default. However, this will also reset all the settings to default, and unless you are familiar with your network/ISP setup, you may find yourself inside the router, but no longer able to connect to the Internet since you don't know how your setup works.
