When i install the Bizhub c220 the machine is showing tray 1 is empty even after loading the paper. pls advice me
Pull out tray and check any paper is jammed is remaining at the back end of that tray

DRum erase lamp is diconnected or burned out, the lamp is located on the drum unit. turn off then on the machine to see if it will clear code
