No, since 19 and 57 have a factor in common.

Even though you didn't ask, that common factor is 19. Dividing the numerator and denominator by 19 gives 1/3.

On other models of texas instrument calculators they have a button to do a fraction does the ti-84 plus have that?

Hello,
Yes it can do fractions although it does not have a specific key.
If you want to enter a fraction and keep it in fraction form, though reduced to its simplest expression use [MATH][1:->Frac] [ENTER]
Exemple:
27/48 [MATH][1:->Frac][ENTER] displays the reduced form 9/16.
To convert a decimal number into a fraction (with the inherent loss of precision) press [MAT][1:->Frac][ENTER]
Use [MAT][2:->Dec] to convert to decimal, but this is done by default.
Hope it helps.

61/82 as a fraction reduced to lowest fraction

Hello,

This fraction is already reduced to its simplest form because 61 is a prime number: a number that can only be divided by itself and by 1.

Hope it clarifies things.
