Samsung CLP-300 Bought printer last year in Nov. Used it in January to print invites for my son's bday. Haven't used it since. Used it today to print invitations...worked ok on brochure paper...some faded portions, but acceptable. Now I'm printing on cardstock and the black portions are rubbing off like powder. I've tried changing my paper, waiting for the page to completely dry before handling, etc. Black toner is still rubbing off.
Print quality is worse. Looks like toner is not sealed to the paper. Print is great on plain paper, but horrible on cardstock. Print quality is worse. Looks like toner is not sealed to the paper. Print is great on plain paper, but horrible on cardstock.
I've tried 3 different types of cardstock. Didn't make a difference. Only printed well on plain paper. Ugh! I hate this printer... I've tried 3 different types of cardstock. Didn't make a difference. Only printed well on plain paper. Ugh! I hate this printer...

First, you will need to choose your Country/Region (located at the lower left of that web page.) (Since you use the British spelling of "colour", I assume you are not in the USA. :) I am answering from the USA.)
Then, when you are on the right web page for you location, choose Support in the upper right of the page.
Then, choose Support & Troubleshooting. You will need to figure out the next steps from there in order to find an authorized repair center.
