Minolta 2300w . all the toner will transfer to the transfer belt , however it won't go from the belt to the paper . Also when the paper comes out it stops about 1 inch from the end and I get a paper jammed message . I open and close the doors and it will try and print again . then does the same thing . the printer has 44k of pages it has printed and a ned transfer drum . Can anyone help ? I called Minolta and they said it was a fuser problem . The fuser is hotter than heck and well I just don't think it could be that , Doesn't make sence to me .
Where is the Transfer roller. was that replaced also when replacing the transfer belt ITS a SPONGE LOOKING ROLLER same lenght as the width of the belt

SOURCE: toner will transfer to the transfer be
As I understand it from servicing laser printers, the toner is actually drawn statically to the paper from the drum by a charge on the belt. Toner is not supposed to be distributed to the belt. The fuser fuses the toner to the paper after the transfer. Can you access the fuser rollers to see if there is any sign of wear or damage they may be keeping the paper from entering it properly? The toner on the belt is probably excess from the paper not being pulled through and having the toner fused properly.
