This error come on the screen every time I receive more than one page fax or try to print more than one page at the time, the paper jam on the back of the printer and I got error E002, can some one help me to set it and solve the paper jam and error E002 please?
I usually open the back cover, top cover, cartridge cover and pull out the paper tray. Sometimes this clears the alarm, if this does not clear the alarm, I unplug the printer for a couple minutes. Between opening and closing the covers and unpluging the printer, the alarm goes away. Ray
