Hi, I have a Samsung CLX-6220FX printer, which I have replaced a tray pickup roller with a new one, but the printer still displays "replace with new tray pickup roller.

Kindly take out the imaging unit out of the printer and take out and put it properly.

If this did not fix you may try using the imaging unit from other printer.
If this did not solve then visit a service center or buy its Imaging unit.

Take out the tray, and you will find a pick rubber roller at the base.
Even you may clean and use it.

For some other Samsung CLP printer types it works like this:

1. Enter tech mode Menu>up>left>ok>right>stop>menu
2. Select Data Setup
3. Select Counter Reset
4. Select Fuser
5. If it asks, select OK.
Once it has gone through the process just go back to main user screen.
