Is anyone else having problems getting Konica to stand behind its products.  

SOURCE: Problem in configuring IP address in Konica Minolta bizhub 210 Copier, Printer, Fax

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

SOURCE: printer is offline

go to Start... click Run .... type services.msc and find print spooler right click stop and click start again
