If it still doesnt work with the new batteries, then you might have to send it in.

Hello, Turn the satistical plots OFF Press [2nd][Y=] (STATPLOT). Select or enter 4: to execute the command [PlotsOff] [ENTER]
Clear the lists (statistical lists) Press [2nd][0] (Catalog]. Press [PGRM] C. The cursor jumps to the first command in catalog that starts with C (The greek letters in names do not matter). Scroll down a bit to reach the command [ClrAllLists]. Select it and press [ENTER].
Try your graphs again. If you still have problems, just reset the RAM: Press [2nd][+] (MEM). Press 7 to select [Reset] then [1:All Ram][2:Reset]. Press [Clear] to erase the Ram Cleard message.
Hello, The most likely reason is that the backup battery is drained. Change the backup battery. When you get the Ram Cleared message, just press [CLEAR] to erase the message and start using the calculator. Hope it helps.
I'd try hooking it to the computer using ti connect explorer and see if deleting the programs there would help. I had a calculator that did the same thing and never did fix it. But if your memory can be delete and reinstalled it might work.
Let it dry for a few more hours or overnight. The RAM has most definitely been cleared, however, and there is little chance to recover any custom formulas you've put in there.
My screen was frozen and I needed to do a manual reset. If you take out 1 battery from the back....hold the "del" key down and reinsert the battery while holding it down....it will reload the programming into the calc
Mine does the same thing and no matter what In do, it just keeps doing that. I feel so helpless.... Sorry I cannot help. :(
