There is a whistle inside the computer that happens everytime that i turn it on. it tells me that it unexpectedly shuts down to protect my computer. i hit enter and it continues.. tries showing me a message, but my screen gets covered in all sorts of colorful lines so i can't see what the message says and then it shuts down again. I have only had this computer for 20 some days.

this problem is cause by some hardware components. just make sure all of your hardware components are fixed correctly with mainboard. or else, if you installed any new hardware options to your computer, just remove that & try to start the computer.
if you still have that problem, just let me know!!
