Question about Konica Minolta Bizhub C552 Copier
When trying to scan large documents to email (over 10 pages) we get the "server disk full" error displayed with no error number. Smaller documents send fine. The only comments I can find on the internet for this model and error suggested a firmware update but I am unable to find any such updates on the Konica Minolta site. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

This problem usually occurs when the scanner software crashes, or the scanner is turned off in operation, or the computer is shut down before you quit the software, etc.
The K-M driver software gets corrupted.
I use mine with a Mac G3 Tower and OS-X v 10.4.9. What I do is search for all the Konica-Minolta components using OS-X spotlight and then delete them. After reinstalling the K-M driver software and restarting the mac, the scanner should work fine.

Check you smtp server settings in admin settings. Verify there correct. If your smtp server needs your email address and password to send, that should be populated as well under them smtp authentication settings.

SOURCE: scan multiple pages to email
Do you have Microsoft Office?? If you do try this:
First, gather the paper you want to scan. If your scanner has anADF, you can load a stack of pages at a time. The first time you scan,Document Imaging detects the ADF for you.For more information about the ADF and whether your scanner has one,see the documentation that came with your scanner.
You will also want to sort your paper; if you have color pages thatyou want scanned in color, sort these in a separate stack from theblack and white pages. Load your first page, or first stack of pages(with an ADF) in your scanner.
Then, start Microsoft Office Document Scanning (the scanning component of the Microsoft Office Document Imaging program.)
Set up your scanning optionsIn the Scan New Document dialog box, do one or more of the following:
The papers that were once cluttering your desk have now beentransformed into electronic documents. Within these documents, you canarrange pages, move pages to different documents, delete pages, printpages, add annotations, copy text to other Office programs, or send apage to someone in email. And still have room on your desk for yourcoffee.

I have managed to get my Minolta Dimage Scan 5400 to work with Vista.
Install the Hammerick software, then go to the add scanner screen in the control panel and select Add Device, then select Hammerick and the correct driver. You may have to go into Device manager and delete any incorrect scanners that were present first.
Now install the original Minolta software and it should work!
