It means the black toner is not supplying to d developer you can reset error code by logging in d service mode

When was the last time the developer was replaced in the developer unit? If has been replaced then you might have a bad ATDC (Automatic Toner Density Control) sensor Located right below the developer unit (Same unit houses the drum. If the developer was replaced when it was done was a vacuum cleaner used? IF so the static electricity from the vacuum clear could have destroyed the sensor, NEVER USE a VACUUM cleaner to remove the developer. tis error means abnormal tonder density in the balck image unit take the blacke image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door
