Hi, please could somone tell me how to pair AC1100 Video, Movement & Sound Baby Monitor - Nursery Unit and AC1100 Video, Movement & Sound Monitor - Parent Unit angel care sell it as a spare parts but noone doesnt tell how to pair it to see eachother and work as they should best regards

Sounds like the units need to be paired. Start with all units off. Then turn on one of the parent units. Press and hold the menu button until it beeps. Quickly turn on the nursery unit and press and hold the button on the nursery unit that has the parent unit icon below it. After a couple of seconds the units will pair. Repeat this process with the other parent unit.

I have the same problem. I'm guessing mine is broken and will need to be replaced. However i did read a possible solution on a site with slightly different instructions to the ones in the box that describes how to pair the two devices together.

if the nursery unit just waits 20 seconds then beep beep beeps and turns off i guess yours is broken too. I think its probably the nursery unit has stopped transmitting.

I had the same problem getting the cover off. On the bottom there is a small hole in the middle, what looks like a screw hole. I put a pen down in there and then pushed hard in the direction of the arrows on the bottom. It finally slid open.

I get a few solutions which work 100% for different models:
Angelcare Video, Movement & Sound Baby Monitor AC1100
1.Turn both the Parents
Unit and the Nursery
Unit OFF.
2. Turn the Nursery Unit
ON.
3. Press and release the
left wing 4 times slowly.
The nightlight will start
fl ashing.
4. Turn the Parent Unit ON. A blue screen will
appear with the NO SIGNAL icon in the Parent
Unit Settings Bar.
5. Whilst pressing and holding the TALK BACK
button on the right hand side of the Parent Unit,
briefl y press and release the POWER button on
the left hand side of the Parent Unit.
6. If successful, green arrows will appear briefl y in
the video screen, followed by the video capture.
The connection was successfully restored.

1. Turn on the parent unit.
2. Turn on the nursery unit.
3. Normally the parent

temperature and icons for all activated functions.
If this is not the case, please follow the following
instructions:
1. Turn off both units.
2. Turn on the parent unit and press and hold the
MENU button until the 'out of range' indicator
fl ashes. You will hear a beep to confi rm this.
3. Turn on the nursery unit and press and hold the
top button (light) until it reconnects to the parent
unit. This normally happens within a few seconds
and you will hear a beep to confi rm this.
4. If successful, the parent unit display will fi rst
show the channel of transmission (C1 to C8),
which will be replaced by the room temperature

1. Turn on the parent unit.
2. Turn on the nursery unit.
3. Normally the parent unit and
nursery unit 'fi nd' each other
within seconds. The parent unit
display will fi rst show the channel of transmission
(C1 to C8), which will be replaced by the room
temperature and icons for all activated functions.
If this is not the case, please follow the following
instructions:
1. Press the Channel Key (CH) on the parent unit
once to enter Channel Selection Mode. The display
should show '- -' and the 'In Range' icon will fl ash.
2. Press and hold the Channel Selector (top button)
on the nursery unit (which is also the light
button) until the halo fl ashes.
3. You can now select the channel by pushing the
top button of the nursery unit. Every time you
push this button, the channel will go up on the
display of the parent unit.
4. Once you have selected a channel (C1 to C8),
press and hold the top button on the nursery
unit to confi rm the channel. The halo will stop
fl ashing.
5. The parent unit and nursery unit are now on the
same channel and sound transmission should be
activated instantly.
6.If there is interference, repeat this process from
step 1 and select another channel.
