Singer CE-200 Quantum Futura hung up with one stitch in memory

I was embroidering a design and toward the end the hoop size changed from large to small...I turned the machine off and changed the hoops..disconnected the embroidery carriage and the carriage will not go back to the standby position.. I have shut the machine down and computer down but when both are powered on it still has a transmission to the machine pending with one stitch remaining...Is there a reset on the machine?

I would appreciate any help..

Change the fuse in the plug failing that it could be the inline fuse inside the machine normally near where you plug the lead in, if youcan get to that it is a matter of changing it, and the Hoop must be detachedwhen powering on! Otherwise it will not start. Hope this will help you. Good Luck.

Hoop doesn't center

The needle does not center when you have selected a design to stitch-out?

There is a FAQ for Futuras at the Singer Company website that may be of more help.

Before attaching small hoop, turn on power switch to
move the carriage to embroidering standby position, and
turn off power switch.

Where can i download a program to upgrade my Singer CE-200 to repeat the same design in the hoop Thank you

There is no update containing selectively "Repeat design" feature, there is an update to bring your software to the level that newer machine models have except some functions which cannot be supported by old firmware. You may ask you nearest Singer representative about Futura 2.5.

Futura CE-200 Stops in middle of design and says wrong hoop size

Dear cjnations
Firstly we must all remember that the CE200 is a very particular machine and requires that you follow certain procedures in order for it to run smoothly. When using the small hoop, firstly you must make sure that the small hoop is selected on the screen by going to Tools, Select Hoop & clicking on small frame. Once this has been done and the design selected, you must then attach the small hoop before sending the design to the machine. If you attach the hoop after sending the design, the machine will give you the error message.
Good Luck!

I recently bought a Singer Futura CE-200. I was using the embroidery function, but had to stop due to threading problems. When I went back to the computer a few days later my computer was shut down. I...

Wow, I finally get to have a solution.
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Remove the hoop.
3. CAREFULLY slide the bar on the embroidery unit to the left.
4. CAREFULLY slide the piece where the hoop attaches toward you.
5. Turn on the sewing machine. The machine should take the unit to "standby" with a click.
6. Attach the hoop with the power on.
7. Exit the Futura software.
8. Restart the software.
This "should" fix the problem, however, you may have to repeat this process more than once to get it to "stick".

Singer futura ce-200 problem, pattern mis-alignment

I have had similar problems in the past.
Do you hear a noise from the embroidery unit when the misalignment occurs ? If so, I suspect that your issue may be that you have some resistance under the hoop. Is there extra material that may be rubbing on the machine or catching somewhere. I have found that if I use some masking tape to keep all of the extra material from hitting any other parts of the machine or dragging under the edge of the hoop this error does not occur. FYI: I also stopped using the "optimize stitch speed" option at the same time. I believe that material dragging was causing the problem, but I still wonder about the stitch speed optimization feature.
