In order to set the language back to good `ol English, please follow the steps below: -While in the Home page, press the "back" button on your phone -the bottom part is usually the settings, as long as you do not see what the settings looks a lot like, keep going back until you see icons -Look for a symbol that has an "A" or in some instances, a Chinese symbol icon -tap the top option which is the language -choose English (United States) -your phone is now in English.
Which country are you in? This update of 101.003 is only available in some countries and removes the support for a lot of languages. If you do not use english, then it will probably not work on this update.
Try to connect your phone to your computer and download the nokia suite to reinstall the update to better functionality.
first go to application manager, select the youtube app, options and select view access, select data access and choose always allow, select your default access point under connectivity and save, if problem still persist you may have to update your phone.

Go to Menu> Internet > Web > Options > Settings > Access Point. Select your Default Access Point settings. As you are a Air tel Customer you can see "Mobile Office" (access point) Settings.Select it as a default connection. Again go to options > Clear Privacy data > Clear cache. Switch off your Phone and Start again after a few seconds. You can also use 'Zero Button' by a long press to access internet. Hope this can assist you...
