Email accounts can generally be blocked if an account has been compromised please find a link below on how to unblock your account. This applies to Outlook and Hotmail
sent me the code that hotmail was sent you on [email protected]or give me the password of this email but on this email because can anyone to see your password and hack your email so sent me the code that you recived from hotmail on [email protected] at my email [email protected]
Microsoft will sometimes block your Windows Live Hotmail account if the company suspects you have a compromised or hacked account or if you have incorrectly entered your password multiple times when logging in. If Microsoft has blocked your Hotmail account, you can unblock your account by resetting your password.
1.Open a Web browser, and navigate to account.live.com/password/reset. 2.Enter your Windows Live ID and the security verification code and click the "Next" button. 3.Select the "Security Question" option. 4.Answer the security question you created when you signed up for your Hotmail account. 5.Enter and confirm the new password you want to use to access your Hotmail account and click the "Continue" button. 6.Go to the Hotmail homepage. 7.Enter your Windows Live Hotmail address and password and click the "Sign In" button to open your Hotmail account. You have now unblocked your Hotmail account.
This sounds fishy from the start. How would Microsoft know if someone hacked your email account? As far as I know, MS don't go around detecting hacked accounts and closing them down. Secondly, what info were you verifying, where and to whom? Sounds like you might have accidentally given all your personal details to a phishing scam email pretending to be from MS. If you still have time, go to the hotmail website and click I cannot get access to my account and try to use the zecondary email address to retrieve your password. Failing that, you can maybe answer the secret question you setup.
Here are the steps to unblock your hotmail account.

it appears the password has been entered by someone incorrectly too many times. if this is your account go to www.hotmail.com try to sign in using the information you have provided. when it doesn't work click on resetting the password below that and enter the security questions or if you have a secondary email account set up click on that and the email reset will be sent to the alternative email address.
Not sure what to tell you. You are using a free email system and I've found that help is very hard to come by. In addition, hotmail accounts seem to get hacked regularly. One suggestion I have is to go to gmail or a paid email account if you are using it for important stuff.
