My copier problem is when i refilled all catridges toner it is indicate toner low problem . I do not know how to i install or format the toner . If u have a solution to solve pls reply me . thanks
Do you have a CLC1150 or a CLC3200. If you have a 3200 you have to open the front door and go to the low toner color and unlock the lever and remove the toner cartridge and then open the new toner box and remove the orange tabs and install the new toner cart ridge and lock the lever and close the front door. You may have to wait till the copier catch's up with replenishing the toner and you are done. If you have a 1150 you have to open both front doors and on the left side of the hopper there is a black release lever, that will allow you to pull the hopper out to open the correct toner that is low. Opent the door and install the new toner bottle and remove the emptied toner bottle and push the hopper back into place and close the front doors. Good Luck

You didn't say what printer manufacturer or model number If you have simply refilled the cartridge, you'll need to replace the smart chip on he cartridge as well, or reset a sensor actuator, depending on model. If you bought a refilled or compatible cartridge, take it back for a replacement.
The toner cartridges have electronic chips on them that tell the copier when they are used up since all you did was refill the cart and did nothing with the chip then copier still sees a used cart get a OEM cartridge install it correctly
Hi,i'll suggest you check the quantity of toner remaining in the printer,perhaps the toner is insufficient,if this is not the case,i'll suggest you check the printer catridges,probably they need to be replaced.

E020 indicates a Black Toner malfunction. If you've recently changed the toner and failed to distribute the toner by gently shaking it from side to side, this could be the cause of this error or if the toner is very low it could trigger the same error. 01B0 is a drum error related to your toner error message. If toner cartridge is good, remove the cartridge, clean the drum, replace the cartridge and both errors should clear. A dirty drum will also trigger your 1st error e020.
As far as I know, filling up with toner is not enough. There is an electronic chip that must also be replaced, so the toner cartridge tells the unit it is a new one. Check with your supplier for such chip.
