Momentum 610 Elliptical
Which version of the Momentum 610 do you have? Here is a drive belt for the WLEL14051 and WLEL14052. There are a few slightly different model numbers for the Momentum 610 listed here that do not have drive belts listed in their parts list, so it is possible that the first link works for those two, but I could contact them to make sure.

usually when you let the smoke out your done, but if it seems to be OK, I would just run (ellipe) with it. The board is probable damaged but working, you might of burned a few contacts, sniff around. You can take the covers off and look but if they are burned bad you might just finnish it off. How long it lasts can't be determined, but it is just a matter of time before it goes.

Hi, I don't have a manual on your particular treadmill but most all treadmills use the same type of belt tension and tracking, which is an allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side. You should have been provided an allen wrench with your treadmill, if not then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

i believe this is error occurs when the console doesn't get a reading from the gear box. while debugging a problem with the reed switch (the thing that detects motion, that you have started pedaling) I had the gearbox unplugged and it indicated error 1. once plugged back in, it was fine. possibly you have pinched/cut wires? I had this problem where the stem meets the body.
The gear box wires are red/yellow/orange for the servo positioning, and brown/black for power to move the motor.

clarification: when I get on the stepper there is not resistance. I'll get to a point when my feet will bascially fall right around....like something is loose or broken

Pull the batteries out let it reset itself while its doing that check all cable to make the connection are seated firmly then reinstall the batteries, unless the function pad is sending a phantom signal engaging the display to be on continuously,or by pure chance the upper electronics went hay wire

I'm not sure. I bought it used and it didn't come with a manual. I don't need to replace the belt, I just need to figure out how to get the existing belt back on the plastic side housing so that I can reassemble the machine. I took it apart because it was seized up. I resolved that issue but now I can't get the thing back together because I can't get the drive belt back into it's proper place to permit re-assembly.
