You've put the child lock on! When powered key press the on/off button for 5 seconds. This will remove the key!

This means the child lock is on. You have to put the machine on and when the little key appears you hold the start button for 5 seconds, this is also how you put the child lock on again if you need too.
Machine wont spin or drain and I get a symbol that says: E 18?
No drain symbol appearing cleaned and drained will still not operate

It is the childproof lock that has been set, to clear it you need to set machine as you would normally to start a programme but hold the START/PAUSE button for 5 seconds, that will clear it, remember that is also the way to put the lock on again so I would advise not holding the start button down too long.
