Bellum fight drawing the hourglass

So I've come to this point twice and both times I had to shut off my ds lite in consternation.
So I get to after Ciela tells me about her power. I tap on the hourglass icon. But no matter how I draw it time never stops. I don't even see the lines I draw. I am so confused.

Same for me! How can I solve this?

  • Anonymous Feb 07, 2009

Me, too. I got this game a long time ago, and drawing the hourglass worked. Then I sold the game, and a year later, I got a used one. The used one did not work. So, maybe it's the GAME that is defective. Buy a new one, see if that works. You may have to play it all over again, but it will be worth it.

It needs to be figure 8 you draw, don't draw it back wards (lot's of us do!) so try starting at a different point. Also it does not have to be huge - just think of writing the number 8 as answer to a math question on the DS. Just keep trying different ways, I sometimes had this problem with the Frog symbols, it's just a matter of triggering the right spots in the touchscreen.
Your game is not faulty.

Cant get to bellum

You have to put the jems in the pedestals in a certain order - (Square - Round - Triangle) then go through the door & you will see that the floor level drops outside - when you go back through the door you are on a whole new set of levels - Enjoy!
