It sounds that the Y buffer or Z sustain board has the fault. Check this link. The site has pictures of faulty plasma screens, along with faulty boards. There is no repair to any of these boards, only can replace it with same type number. Try to find out the faulty board to your TV.

Check all inputs. Are they all dead. Try other signal source. Does antenna input work when connected to known good source?Vide input label being displayed indicates most of the tv is working. You need to determine if you have lost signal in the video input.
