Casio Watch Protrek model 2767 (PRG 660 YT) when holding down button A to reset analog (hands), it never starts digital numbers flashing. Is there another way to reset hands to correct time?

I bought this watch in May of last year. For the last 3 months, every 2 to 3 weeks I have to reset the hand home position. Once that is done, I have to then reset the home city and time manually. What...

Hand home positioning normally has nothing to do with time setting.
Just set your local time and date and then you can do the hand home positioning procedure.This will not affect the time setting.If hands,after a while,do not show correctly,this means that the watch is under severe magnetic field, after severe shock or finally watch malfunction.
You must know that on this type of watches analog time follows digital time.

To adjust the analog time for ga-110hc-1a

Analog time follows digital time.Correctly set your local time and analog time will come up correctly as well.If not, try to run the hands alignment procedure (H-SET) following manual instructions.

Assuming all Casio models have the same mode of operation, try this:-

Press the mode button until you see "HS" on the display (hand setting) and then use the 2 and 4 o'clock buttons to adjest the hands.

If this does not work and you do not have the manual for your watch,you can get
instructions from the Casio web site.

Go to the casio web site "casio.com".

Select "support" and the "manuals",

Don't have manual available to me and need to reset the analog time for DST. How do I do that. Thank you for your help
