Kenmore elite 44832 front load washer troubleshooting F11 c01 c02
I followed the f11 troubleshooting test cycle for c00-c08, my washer did c00, then c01 had water running in and before going to c02, f11 appeared again. where can i find what the c01, c02, etc mean? or how to repair?

Was there ever a post back for this problem? I have the same issue, and I tried replacing the central control board, but it is still giving the F11 error. I follow the troubleshooting guidelines, but it never makes it past C01. I suppose the next logical step is to look at the motor control board and then the motor.

Leaann, F11 is a serial communication error. Information between the central control and the motor control cannot be sent correctly. C01 through C08 is just the test sequence: 01=fill by cold water, 02= dispensor motor, 03=fill by hot water, 04=drum rotates clockwise, 05=heater on, drum rotates, 06=drain pump actuated, 07= drum rotates counter clockwise, 08= high spin. You are recieving a fault before the test can complete. Check your owners manual for warranty information on your main board and see if you are covered. You can remove the top (3 screws in back and slide back) and check the harness. It will be the fourth one from the right, unplug and reset. I think you have a main control board issue here...Catriver..post back.

if its a Kenmore model then this message says that the button control board has lost sight of the main control board , but its been my experience that this maybe able to be reset and it may never come back or it will not reset and the control board will need replaced (50/50)

while F09 is the water pump. It usually means something is clogging it. Take
the front cover off of the washer and the water pump is located right
in the middle front. Unscrew the cover to the pump and make sure there
is nothing clogging it.
